Are u very curious to know what windows is doing behind the boot screen.
There is a way to show it. But it wont show lots and lots of pages like Linux. It will show the things it does.
1. start->run
2. type "msconfig"
3. select "BOOT.INI" tab in the utility
4. check "/SOS" option
5. Click apply and restart.
